Presentation Description: With new teachers every year, the need for a mentoring program is evident. Teachers come with all different qualities and experiences and for some the adjustment to a new school, new profession, and new culture can be overwhelming. This workshop will present an individualized approach that would help new teachers become familiar with school policies and comfortable in adapting to the school culture.
